You must indicate a valid Intra-Community VAT Number not to pay 21% of taxes. Otherwise you will have to pay.

Prices are for the whole Conference.
Price includes transport, assembly and disassembly.

Requests after the deadline 19th of May 2018, will have an increase of 25% and if it were in situ, the
surcharge would be 50%.
Important: Any extra service or furniture will have to be contracted separately according to the needs
of the exhibitors.

****The design of the contracted sign will have to be sent before the day 19th of May 2018. Send your signposting design in vector (Illustrator or PDF) or bitmat (JPG, PNG, etc.) format, respecting the indicated measures and resolution for plotter (150 ppp) to this email: firstname.lastname@example.org using different online services to send large documents, such as Wetransfer or Dropbox.

You can pay by bank transfer through La Caixa Bank. Payment of the total amount is required in order to confirm your reservation.
Once the Secretariat has received the booking of the exhibitor form and checked that the payment has
been settled, will issue and send the corresponding invoice to the exhibitor by email.
The paid exhibitor fees are not refundable, except in case of complete conference
cancelling or in case of decision by the organizers to refuse an exhibitor already paid.
Orders will be refunded minus a 10% handling fee for administrative costs.
The order cancellation after the 27th of May 2018 will not be entitled to a refund.
